Our Chairman Sh. Nand Kumar newar, a graduate in chemistry honors’ started manufacturing cotton tape used for spinning units in the year 1964 and simultaneously started business of Refractories.
In the year 1975 our Chairman established one factory under the name and style of Imperial Refractories, in west Bengal, which was producing graphite stopper heads and other special refractories.
In the year 1982 our Chairman started another factory at Faridabad for making very specialized and hi tech refractories products under the name and style of M/S Newar Carbon and Ceramics Pvt Ltd.
In the year 2002 Sh. Aditya Vikram Newar, an engineering graduate (son of our Chairman) established one new plant for fluidizing pads, zircon and silicon carbide etc.
